Design and engineering is part of our service package. Engineering made with sophisticated 3D-modelling tools ensures, that componets fits into position and purpose they are designed for. Structural analyses can be included into design process.

Heart of our production is Mazak NeXus 410 4-axis CNC Machining Center.

Our newest machine is Mazak 250MSY vertical machining center. With this machine, we can machine round parts with secondary operations, fully prismatic parts from solid or castings.

We have Delta S.r.l. LC400 grinding machine, specially suitable for grinding of brake disks. Of cause it can be used for other grindings too. For example straightening clutch plate contact surface in flywheels.

We have also other normal machining equipmet like turning machine and conventional milling machine. If you need something so speacial that we can not manufacture ourselves, we have wide co-operation network of professional companies in many areas. One example of this is coatings for aluminium components.
