To complement our range of clutches, brake discs and calipers, Alcon offer various other system components specifically designed for motorsport and high performance road applications. These include Tilton starter motors, pedal assemblies, master cylinders, proportioning valves, brake pads and hydraulic clutch release bearings.

We sell the Tilton range of Super Starters, specifically developed for racing applications.

Alcon offer the full range of Tilton Engineering pedal assemblies in four types:

Overhung: master cylinders located in the cockpit
Floor mounted: master cylinders bulkhead mounted ahead
of drivers feet
Firewall mounted : master cylinders located on the opposite side of
the firewall
Remote mounted: used in special applications in which conventional
pedal assemblies are unsuitable. Requires customer fabrication
of pedals and linkages

We also stock Tilton remote cable adjusters, balance bars, and proportioning valves which enable severe, immediate and distinct levels of brake balance.

Alcon offer a wide range of master cylinders in 5/8", 7/10", 3/4", 13/16", 7/8", 15/16", 1", 11/8" and 11/4" sizes. Produced in lightweight anodised aluminium mounting arrangements include standard and offset flanges with the option of captive or non-captive pushrods.

Offering Tilton's wide range of release bearings, we are able to cater for most requirements.
